WHO IS JASON THOMAS?

Motivational Keynote Speaker

Jason Thomas is widely known for his heroic actions on 9/11 when after hours of searching the rubble, he and another marine located and rescued two trapped airport policemen,  Will Jimeno & Sgt. John McLoughlin.

For years after 9/11, the world only knew him as the "unnamed Marine" who vanished into the smoke after saving two lives. For Jason, the events of that day weren't a headline; they were a profound testament to the human spirt and resilience. After helping rescue officers Jimeno and McLoughlin from the heart of the wreckage, Jason returned to Ground Zero for weeks to continue the search before quietly returning to his life in Long Island.

It wasn't until Jason saw a preview for Oliver Stone's 2006 film, World Trade Center,  that he realized the storyline was  depicting his experience.

Since that time, Jason has made appearances on The Today Show, Fox News, National Geographic, PBS and BBC, among many others.

Jason moved to Columbus, Ohio in 2003 where he continues to proudly serve his nation in the US Air Force as a MSgt and EMT.

Today, Jason enjoys engaging audiences as a motivational keynote speaker around the nation in a variety of arenas.  He has an uncanny ability to captivate his audience and leave them energized, inspired and empowered to tackle what lies ahead.
